Senior Placement Agency Owner Community | WrightWay
Included With Every Enrollment

You don't have to figure this out on your own.

Every WrightWay student joins a private community of working senior placement agency owners — people doing this week what you're about to do. Ask the questions you can't ask anyone else, and get answers from people who have already been there.

A community asked me to sign an exclusivity clause before they'd send referrals. Is that normal?

Tiffany replied: No. Here's the language I'd send back instead, and why it protects you…

Why the community matters

The part of this business nobody can teach you alone

When you enroll in the Academy, you join a room of people working in the same industry you are. You network. You ask questions about senior living management that you have nowhere else to ask. And you build the business relationships that grow both your knowledge and your professional network.

The nine modules give you the process. The community is where you find out what the process looks like when a real family, a real community, and a real invoice are involved — and where somebody who solved it last month tells you how.

What it actually is

A real platform, not a link to a Facebook group

The WrightWay community runs on our own platform. One login, alongside your course modules. No separate account, no algorithm deciding what you see, and nothing you have to be invited to before it works.

One login, everything together

Your modules, your templates and the community sit in the same place. You finish a lesson, you have a question, you ask it — without leaving the page or hunting for a group invite.

Organized by what you're doing

Threads grouped by the work: getting started, community relationships, pricing and fee agreements, marketing, and the hard cases. Searchable, so an answer from eight months ago is still findable today.

Tiffany is in it

Not a moderator, not an assistant. The person who has run a placement agency in Mesa for thirty years and sits on the PASRS and NPRA boards answers questions here herself.

What you won't find

  • A "community" link that turns out to be a private group you can't get into
  • A Facebook account requirement, or your questions sitting next to somebody's holiday photos
  • A feed that shows you posts from three weeks ago and hides the one you needed
  • A channel that was busy at launch and empty by month three
  • An upsell every time you ask something

What you get instead

  • Access the day you enroll, on the same login as your coursework
  • A published schedule for live sessions, and someone who shows up to them
  • Every thread searchable, so the archive keeps working for you
  • Owners at every stage — first placement, first hire, first hundred families
  • Included for life. No renewal, no tier, no separate fee

The rhythm

What happens, and how often

A community is only worth joining if something reliably happens in it. Here is the commitment, in writing.

Every week

The weekly update

What changed in the industry, what came up in the community worth everyone seeing, and anything new added to the course. Short, written by Tiffany, posted [confirm day].

Every month

Live session with Tiffany

An hour, on camera, bring your questions. One real situation worked through properly each time — a fee dispute, a community relationship going sideways, a family who won't decide. Held [confirm day & time] and recorded, so missing one costs you nothing.

Any day

Ask the room

Post a question and get answers from owners who have hit the same wall. Most get a reply the same day. The ones that need Tiffany, get Tiffany.

Ongoing

The archive

Every answer stays searchable. The question you'd have asked in month four was probably answered in detail last spring — and you can read the whole thread, not a summary.

Who's in the room

People at every stage, including yours

The value of a room like this is the spread. Someone six months ahead of you remembers exactly what you're stuck on. Someone six months behind you asks the question that makes you realize how much you've learned.

01

Just starting

Working through the modules, setting up the business, preparing for the first family.

02

First placements

Building relationships with communities and discharge planners, learning what the work actually pays.

03

Growing

Steady referrals, thinking about pricing, systems, and whether to bring anyone on.

04

Career changers

Coming from healthcare, real estate, caregiving or corporate — and from a franchise, which is welcome here.

Getting in

Three steps, and you're in the same day

No application. No waiting to hear whether you were accepted. No discovery call you have to sit through before anyone tells you the price.

Enroll in the Academy

One payment of $5,000. The price is on the site because you should be able to find out what something costs without booking a call to be sold.

Get your login

Immediately. Your modules and the community open on the same account — there is no second signup and nothing to be invited to.

Introduce yourself

Post where you are and what you're working toward. Tiffany replies to every introduction, and so do a good number of the owners already in there.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before they join

Is the community included, or does it cost extra?

Included. Your $5,000 enrollment covers the nine modules, the tutorials, the exam, certification, and community access for life. There is no separate membership fee, no tier to upgrade to, and no renewal.

How long do I keep access?

For life. The same lifetime access that covers your course materials covers the community. If you enroll this year and come back in four years with a question, the room is still there and so is the archive.

Do I need a Facebook account?

No. The community runs on the WrightWay platform, on the same login as your coursework. Nothing is hosted on social media, so there is no separate account to create and no group invitation to wait for.

Does Tiffany actually participate, or is it students talking to students?

She participates. Tiffany answers questions in the community herself and runs a live session every month. She still owns and runs Wright Way Senior Placement in Mesa, Arizona, so the answers come from someone who took a placement call this week.

I already own a franchise. Would I fit in here?

Yes, and you would not be the only one. Buying a franchise is a reasonable decision and this is not a room where anyone will tell you otherwise. What franchisees usually say is missing is the local relationship-building and the business side once corporate training ends — which is exactly what gets discussed here.

What if I'm too new to have anything to contribute?

Being new is the reason to be in the room, not a reason to stay out of it. The most useful threads in the community started with someone admitting they did not know something. Nobody here learned this business without asking.

Can I see inside before I enroll?

The community itself is private, because owners discuss real fee disputes and real client situations in it. If you want a sense of how Tiffany answers questions before you commit, book fifteen minutes with her — a real calendar, real times this week, and it is her on the call.

The room is already talking. Come in.

Nine modules, thirteen tutorials, the exam, certification, lifetime updates — and a community of working agency owners who will answer you.

No application. No cohort dates. No waiting to hear back.
